THRIVE PILATES:
Thrive offers a complete range of pilates instruction: Private & Duet Apparatus sessions, and Group Reformer and Mat classes. We are the only studio in Northern Virginia specializing in Group Reformer, and the only studio requiring 60 student teaching and observation hours in group instruction as a requirement for instructor certification. This allows us to offer high caliber instruction at an affordable price, extending the benefits of Pilates Reformer exercise to the widest possible clientele.
Thrive Pilates & Yoga employs the Block System developed by Rael Isacowitcz of Body Arts & Sciences International to guide the design of each Group Reformer and Mat class. This guarantees that, whatever the class level, the client will enjoy a full body workout to strengthen and lengthen the body, and improve endurance, flexibility, and balance.

In designing the Thrive yoga program we sought to provide a path for new students to discover the joy and health yoga brings to daily life, while offering experienced clients the opportunity to expand and deepen their practice. We offer a variety of styles, a robust schedule, and highly qualified, deeply commited teachers dedicated to your yoga journey. Unlike gyms or drop-in studios, we can guarantee a tranquil, uncrowded studio with ample "equipment" - mats, blocks, and blankets. We welcome you to try your first class free, and look forward to seeing you often.
