GROUP REFORMER - the ultimate Group Reformer experience in Northern Virginia. Clients are guided through  a full range of abdominal, back, leg, shoulder and arm exercises on the Reformer apparatus.  A full body workout to lengthen and strengthen the body while enhancing flexibility and balance.



 

  PILATES EXPRESS - get a full body during your lunch your, or before hitting traffic after work.   Pilates Express is a fast-paced, high-energy 40 minute Reformer class designed for maximum exercise efficiency.



MAT LEVEL I - this class introduces students to Pilates fundamentals of spinal alignment, core co-contraction and ribcage breathing.  Students well learn the Hundred, Roll-up, Teaser, and exercises in the stomach, side and back extension series.


 

MAT LEVEL I/II - this transitional class prepares students for the full rigor of a Level II class.  Additional exercises enter the practice, and the level of difficulty of Level I exercises is increased through the use of props, added repetitions, and accelerated pace.


 

 

MAT LEVEL II - a rigorous class building on Pilates fundamentals. Balance and strength challenges are added to the basic exercise suite, and advanced exercises are introduced.  Props are used extensively.
